New Location

We are excited to announce the re-opening of our Janet Revis Center for Health, 975 Kingsview Drive Building B in Lebanon. As of February the 3rd, our prescriber and case management services will be provided out of the back building on the campus.
On February 17th, our administrative staff will relocate from 204 Cook Road and our services provided at 201 Reading Road in Mason will be moving to our Kingsview A location in Lebanon.
